Act as a trusted advisor for Identity, Security, and Modern Work solutions. Assess platform health, security posture, resiliency, and operational readiness. Lead technical workshops and customer enablement sessions. Troubleshoot complex identity and infrastructure challenges. Support migrations, modernization programs, and strategic deployments. Develop remediation plans based on business and technical impact. Requirements 15+ years of Active Directory experience Strong Power Shell and automation skills Experience in customer-facing or consulting environments Advanced English communication skills Strong troubleshooting and stakeholder management capabilities
