Descripción del trabajo Educación superior - Licenciatura Mercadotecnia o Publicidad 3 años de experiencia Edad: entre 25 y 45 años Requisitos Procesos comerciales - Ventas - Marketing Atención al cliente - liderazgo Capacidad de análisis Manejo y gestión de redes y plataformas virtuales (Facebook, LinkedIn, etc) Objetivo del puesto Encargado (a) de posicionar la marca en la mente del consumidor, utilizando herramientas y medios que faciliten alcanzar los objetivos de la empresa. Principales responsabilidades del puesto Desarrollar plan de marketing offline y digital con el objetivo de incrementar las ventas por gama de productos en los diferentes segmentos y canales de distribución. Análisis mensual del presupuesto invertido en mercadotecnia (Redes sociales, eventos/exposiciones, herramientas de venta). Coordinar eventos presenciales (Exposiciones, Seminarios, workshops) y digitales (Eventos virtuales, webinars), coordinación de seguimiento a leads y entrega de reporte de resultados. Programación de publicaciones en Redes Sociales, segmentación en públicos de acuerdo a los Buyer Persona y asignación de presupuestos con diferentes objetivos, interacción, leads, tráfico, conversiones, etc. Trabajo en equipo con el área de diseño gráfico y seguimiento de entrega de arte. Organizar actividades como seminarios, talleres etc. Implementar labores en donde la empresa colabore con la sociedad. Mantener una imagen limpia, ordenada y actualizada de las oficinas. Identificar Necesidades de Mercado, satisfaciendo las necesidades del cliente. Complementar los servicios post venta.
