**Experience**:Minimum 5 years in Change Management, Organizational Development or Human Resource Consulting, with two years of experience in Advisory Services within the banking, capital markets or insurance sectors.**MANDATORY**: Advanced English (More than 80% in speaking, writing and listening).**Activities**:- Manage multiple client service delivery teams in the active execution of engagements focusing on compliance with firm and practice service delivery standards.- Utilize technical and industry knowledge in the areas of Change Management and leadership development to identify complex client issues and provide actionable solutions.- Oversee and provide leadership to teams of staff level professionals and support project management of Transformation Delivery and/or Change Management work streams.- Build long-term business relationships with key executives or project sponsors.- Actively engage in the development and evolution of Change Management methodologies and intellectual capital including contributing to articles, whitepapers and industry training efforts.- Manage scope, budget and resources on client engagements, while also identifying and mitigating any associated risks or issues.**Offer**:- **$60,000.00 a $80,000.00**Monthly Salary Gross.- Hybrid.- Superior Benefits.- Direct hiring by the company- Projects with US and long-term professional growth.
