Here you are supported, here you are celebrated, here you can thrive.**Your New Role**The Budget Coordinator plays a crucial role within the marketing team, overseeing all financial aspects related to Original Programming and Brand. This position is integral to ensuring smooth financial processes and maintaining accurate budget tracking.**Your Role Accountabilities**- Budget Tracking: Maintain and update the financial tracker for Partner, Magnolia and Operations. Reconcile year to date spend for the monthly forecast.- Work with Manager and the marketing teams to understand spending plans ensuring budgets are on target- Invoice Management: Prepare, code, process and secure documentation ensuring timely and accurate processing. Communicate with vendors to address and resolve payment inquiries promptly.- Music Licensing: Facilitate the execution of music licenses for promotional materials by tracking the payment/signature process from quote request to invoicing.- Assist the music team with various song requests, archival show clips and ad hoc requests.**Qualifications & Experience**- 2+ years administrative or finance experience in a corporate environment- Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to identify and escalate discrepancies- Strong interpersonal and communication skills- Strong English verbal and written communication skills (must have)- Experience with excel and Oracle based systems are a plus**How We Get Things Done****Championing Inclusion at WBD
