**Technical Leader**We are seeking a Technical Leader to join our team at Marsh. This role will be based in Mexico City. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office. As a Technical Leader at Marsh, you will be responsible for guiding and coordinating technical teams in a global environment, ensuring the delivery of innovative and high-quality solutions.**We will count on you to**:- Lead the design and implementation of scalable and efficient software architectures using AWS and Kubernetes.- Facilitate collaboration among global teams, promoting effective communication and alignment of objectives.- Coordinate and oversee the work of technical teams, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.- Act as the primary point of contact for technical problem-solving and strategic decision-making.- Foster a collaborative and continuous learning work environment, mentoring team members and promoting professional development**What you need to have**:- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.- Minimum of 5 years of software development experience, with at least 3 years in a technical leadership role.- Strong experience with AWS, including services such as EC2, S3, Lambda, or RDS.- In-depth knowledge of Kubernetes and its implementation in production environments.- Experience with agile methodologies and project managemen- Advanced Level of English is a Must**What makes you stand out**:- Certifications in AWS and Kubernetes.- Experience in DevOps and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) practices.**Why join our team**:- We help you be your best through professional development opportunities, interesting work and supportive leaders.- We foster a vibrant and inclusive culture where you can work with talented colleagues to create new solutions and have impact for colleagues, clients and communities.- Our scale enables us to provide a range of career opportunities, as well as benefits and rewards to enhance your well-being.Marsh McLennan se compromete a crear un entorno de trabajo diverso, inclusivo y flexible.
