Tu reto: Desarrollar e implementar soluciones avanzadas de ciencia de datos, utilizando principalmente Generative AI y técnicas tradicionales de aprendizaje automático, con el fin de extraer información valiosa de conjuntos de datos complejos y generar conocimiento significativo que impulse la innovación en proyectos clave. ¿Qué buscamos? Licenciatura en ciencias exactas: Actuaría, Ciencias de la computación, IA, Machine Learning, Matemáticas, Física, Ingeniería eléctrica, Ingeniería Industrial o afín. (Concluido y Título/ cédula profesional). Especialidad: Data Science/Machine Learning software y bibliotecas como TensorFlow, Keras, Pytorch, scikit-learn, etc. +5 años de experiencia en Análisis de Datos, Machine Learning (base de datos masiva). Conocimientos: Big Data, inteligencia artificial, aprendizaje automático y/o aprendizaje profundo, análisis predictivo, GitLab CI/CD o equivalente y Conocimiento sólido en Deep learning Responsabilidades Analizar e interpretar datos complejos de múltiples fuentes, tanto estructurados como no estructurados (texto, audio, imágenes, video), para generar información valiosa. Diseñar, desarrollar y desplegar soluciones de Generative AI, utilizando tecnologías avanzadas como RAG, bases de datos vectoriales, y frameworks como LangChain y Hugging Face. Aplicar OCR para convertir documentos a texto, mejorando la accesibilidad de los datos y extracción de insights. Mantener y optimizar modelos de IA existentes, ajustando su rendimiento y resolviendo problemas técnicos para mejorar la precisión. Colaborar con equipos internos y externos, guiando a miembros junior y desarrollando metodologías que maximicen el impacto empresarial mediante modelos estadísticos y de aprendizaje automático. ¿Qué ofrecemos?
