We are a company dedicated to transportation in expansion at national and international level, we are currently in 30 states of the Mexican Republic and we continue to grow, internationally we have presence in more than 15 countries and counting:We are looking for:Administrative SpecialistWe offer:Salary $18,000 to $20,000 monthly (Depending on experience).Fixed Shift.Direct hiring with the company.Opportunity for growth.Office hours.Food vouchers.**Requirements**:- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management or related field (preferred).- 2+ years of experience in administrative or office support functions.- Advanced English- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a team.- Flexibility to adapt.Activities:- Handle daily administrative tasks to ensure the smooth running of the office.- Manage schedules, correspondence and basic documentation.- Maintain office supplies and ensure a well-organized workspace.- Coordinate logistics for meetings, events and travel.- Facilitate communication between departments and external partners.- Support team activities and interdepartmental projects.- Organize and maintain filing systems, both physical and digital.- Prepare and review reports, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.- Ensure that administrative activities follow company policies and regulations.- Provide timely reports and updates to management.Ubicación: Laguna de Términos 221, Granada, Miguel Hidalgo, 11520 Ciudad de México, CDMX.
