**Campaign Manager (Ad-networks) - Job Description****Summary**:The Ad-Networks Campaign Manager oversees all Ad-Network operational processes. You will be directly responsible for setting up, monitoring and optimizing the traffic on our active ad campaigns. On a daily basis, you will gather and report on campaign performance to the director of the Ad-Network operation. All aspects related to the Ad-Networks will be handled and reviewed by you. Any issues with any of the campaigns/ad-networks will be your direct responsibility.**Expectations and Responsibilities**:- Campaign management: set up, optimize and monitor Ad-Network campaigns;- Manage and optimize all Ad-Network marketing products;- Budgeting: set up and oversee all budget KPIs per traffic source;- Report income and spending on a daily basis; process all Ad-Network payments;- Pricing: fully responsible for the RTB process; control the spending and manage the bidding- Analysis: analyze data, the dashboard, costs and take required action;- Maintain a log of daily/weekly reports regarding Ad-Network performance;- Targeting: set up monthly KPIs; manage and optimize performance;- Analyze RRs vs. KPI on a daily basis and take action to mitigate risks/issues of current performance;- Researching: look for new business opportunities within the Ad-Network markets;**Key Requirements**:- Detail and result-oriented- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines independently- Excellent analytical skills- Strong understanding of digital ad/media ad ops, platforms, and technologies- Proficient in English- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel- Full training program- An international and dynamic environment- Competitive salary + attractive Bonus program- Open to a world of endless opportunities and global exposure**Salary**: $10,000.00 - $16,500.00 per monthApplication Question(s):- Submit your CV in English
