The Consumer Products division of this local Hasbro entity provides services for the licensing business of Hasbro International Inc. (HII). We are currently recruiting for this position, based in the local office in this market.**The Trade marketing assistant main goal is to execute the trade marketing strategy of the brand to achieve defined business objectives, ensuring the proper development, execution and benchmarking of all programs designed to increase brand visibility at point of sale (Off and online).**Specific Responsabilities:- **Along with the TMM (Trade Marketing Manager) execute the Trade Marketing Strategy to attain defined business objectives ensuring that it meets both brand and customer expectations**:- ** Identify necessary Point of Sales tools to increase brand presence, market share and improve customer satisfaction**:- ** Lead the implementation of brand plans with the commercial team across customers and performance measurement of the results via KPI measurement.**:- ** Monitor the implementation of the channel strategies ensuring the connection with brand’s and customers’ objectives and needs.**:- ** Execute the trade promotional plan of top brands and top customers.**:- ** Tailor the materials and activation toolkits from the marketing team for the Customer and format requirements in the market.**:- ** Increase brand visibility at POS (B&M and On-line)**:- ** Maintain healthy relationships with customers to facilitate plans execution.
