**SC&O Planning in**Hybrid Mexico City**:We are looking for an **SC&O Planning Consultant** with at least **5 years of experience** to join a global consulting, working on transformation and digital planning projects for major international clients.This role focuses on **reimagining and optimizing supply chain operations**, designing innovative solutions, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to enhance efficiency, agility, and sustainability in business processes.**Key Responsibilities**:- Design, build, and implement **supply chain solutions** that drive business performance.- Collaborate with clients to **define requirements, project plans, and KPIs**.- Configure and implement **planning tools** such as **Kinaxis, O9, OMP, Blue Yonder, Anaplan, or Saddle Point**.- Support **digital transformation initiatives** and best-practice adoption.- Lead **multicultural teams** in global planning projects.- Ensure alignment between supply chain strategies and business objectives.**Technical Skills Required**:- Strong knowledge of **Supply Chain processes (Demand Planning, S&OP, Control Tower, etc.)**.- Experience in **SCM planning tools** such as **Kinaxis, O9, OMP, Blue Yonder, Anaplan, or similar**.- Deep understanding of **As-Is/To-Be process design**.- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.**Qualifications**:- Minimum **5 years of experience** in **Supply Chain Planning or Digital Transformation projects**.- **Bachelor’s degree** in Engineering, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).- Proven experience in **end-to-end implementations**.- **Advanced English (C1)** - required for client interaction.- Willingness to **travel to the U.S.** for client visits.**Location & Schedule**:**Hybrid - Polanco, Mexico City****Monday to Friday, 09:00 - 18:00 hrs****Benefits**:- Competitive Salary- **10% grocery coupons**- **7 additional paid holidays**:- **Paid leave** (graduation, marriage, paternity, illness)- **Medical insurance**- **Life insurance
