Sustainable Finance ManagerObjective:In order to achieve climate goals required in this decade, Sustainable Finance plays a key role through financing and investment sustainable development. The role holder is responsible for embedding the HSBC sustainable finance and climate strategy within key internal and external key stakeholders, supports the regional team in the development of projects and in business as usual operations, ensures the proper governance and forums to happen, provides information on sustainable finance matters and maintains communication with key internal local and global teams.Activities:- Support in the development of green and sustainable finance products in conjunction with the business- Provide with the necessary materials, training and information to RMs in coordination with the appropriate products and functions- Review and support the process of green and sustainable financing transactions- Coordinate regulators initiatives related to sustainable solutions- Generate forums for clients to cascade down sustainable finance solutions, sectors’ best practices and technologies available to foster the mandate of green and sustainable finance products- Manage and review the Sustainable Finance reporting and quarterly global results- Ensure the proper documents and governance are in place (i.e. forums Terms of Reference are communicated and followed ti and by the members)At HSBC, we expect our people to treat each other with dignity and respect, creating an inclusive culture that promotes equal opportunity.
