Youtooz are incredibly personal and unique to each content creator.Concept Artists at Youtooz will create the aesthetic and look for our product. They are responsible for taking a content creator and turning them into a 2D concept that fits the brand’s aesthetic, guidelines, and accurately personifies the creator.**Responsibilities**:- Research and capture a content creator's personality, mood, content, community and other defining features into a 2D collectible- Quickly create initial concepts and effectively incorporate feedback into following iterations- Help improve our creative process- Interpret your 2D concept into all perspective views to prepare it for modeling- Assist our 3D modelers with creating the final model for mass production- Review and provide feedback on final 3D models- Organize work in an easy way to understand- Meet design deadlines**Requirements**:- 2+ years of experience in concept art/drawing/sketching- Strong experience using Photoshop and Illustrator- Effective communication skills- Ability to effectively multitask, prioritize and problem solve- Strong understanding of colour theory and colour palette creation- Sense of perspective, silhouette, proportions, and expression- Excellent visual eye and attention to detail**Bonus Points**:- Graphic design experience- Experience with 3D Programs such as Maya and Z-Brush- Experience with traditional art such as painting or sculpting- Degree in Fine Art, Graphic Design, Illustration, Animation or a related discipline
