**Description**ISP Preschool Teacher Assistant Role ProfilePurpose of RoleThe purpose of a Preschool Teacher Assistant is to support the lead teacher in providing a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children, helping them develop crucial social, emotional, and academic skills for kindergarten readiness. We positively engage with personal and professional development and school improvement.ISP Preschool Teacher Assistant Key Responsibilities- Assist with lesson delivery and classroom activities- Providing one-on-one support to children who need help grasping new concepts or a helping hand when they are having a difficult day.- Working closely with the lead teacher to implement lesson plans, share observations about children's progress and needs, prepare instructional materials and resources, and contribute to a positive classroom atmosphere.- Overseeing children during classroom activities, playtime, field trips, and snack times to ensure a safe environment and proper supervision- Helping to maintain order, assisting with classroom organization, and managing daily routines, such as preparing for nap time or assisting with hygiene needsSkills, Qualifications and Experience- Studies: Bachelor’s Degree in Pedagogy, Education, Psychology, Language Teaching or similar.- Technological Skills: Basic knowledge of Office tools.
