A company in the logistics sector is looking for its Business Unit Director - Customs.**Your new company?**A company in the logistics sector is looking for its Business Unit Director - Customs.**Your new role?**You will be responsible for designing strategies that ensure the continuity of clients' customs operations, carrying out the regulations established by the authorities and thus guaranteeing the level of service.**What you will need to be successful?****Requirements**:- Training in a Bachelor's Degree in Foreign Trade, International Relations, Law or any degree with more than 6 - 8 years of experience in the field.- Advanced English.- +10 years of experience managing customs clearance operational processes.- Experience in managing operational and managerial personnel.**Responsibilities**:The Director will be responsible for guaranteeing the legal security of foreign trade operations through prevention, avoiding sanctions for the customs agent and the client.Manage the results of your business unit, developing business plans that optimize the market opportunity and ensure compliance with the income and net profit objectives established by general management, as well as operating costs and compliance.Responsible for standardizing, supervising and optimizing operational processes and procedures to improve productivity and financial results.Be in constant communication and interact with the commercial area and actively get involved in retaining existing clients and attracting new clients.Situational leadership and promote the creation of high-performance teams.Base of position: Tlanepantla, State of Mexico.**What you will get in return?**Salary range: 140,000 - 150,000 MXN + Superior Legal Benefits Package**What you need to do now?**
