Join us and let us focus together on what's truly important: making lives better with new ideas and the latest technology around the world.**What do you do?**- Manage Plant's Digitalization Projects- Work with cross functional teams in order to identify areas of opportunity for improvement.- Focus on operation technologies (OT) projects and the integration of solutions for production related processes- Internal app development.- Organize workshops with teams from different areas, internal and external.- Search new digital tools to cover specific business necessities.- Actively participate in roadmap creation and updates- Follow up of Project's budget and IT budget for the plant- Communication with support teams for project implementation, IT, Mexico Digitalization and external consultants**What will you need to succeed?**- IT Engineer, Mechatornics Engineer, or equivalent- Knowledge of Microsoft SQL, Visual Studio, Tableau, Power BI, Azure DevOps.- Advanced English- Experience as project leader**Equal employment opportunity statement****Organization**: Smart Infrastructure**Company**: Siemens, S.A. de C.V.**Experience Level**: Mid-level Professional**Job Type**: Full-time
