It's a game-changer**A BIT ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY**We're looking for a Program Manager to join us, where the individual will be responsible for leading and overseeing end-to-end program delivery, ensuring the successful completion of projects within defined timelines.**Responsibilities**- Collaborate with diverse stakeholders, including product managers, functional departments, and other relevant teams to outline project scope, objectives, and deliverables.- Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, encompassing timelines, milestones, resource allocation, and risk assessment.- Cultivate a collaborative and results-oriented environment, promoting teamwork and knowledge sharing.- Utilise data skills to analyse project metrics, driving data-informed decision-making.- Proactively initiate and lead improvement cycles and growth projects for the program, identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and scalability.- Continuously identify process improvements and best practices to elevate project delivery efficiency and effectiveness.**Requirements**:- Bachelor's degree in any discipline; an advanced degree is a plus.- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Program Manager at a high-growth tech company.- Robust analytical and problem-solving skills.- Exceptional leadership and team management skills, inspiring and guiding cross-functional teams.- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple projects simultaneously.- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with fluency in English**What We Offer**- High-level contribution and autonomy within your role- Fully remote work flexibility- Collaboration with a compassionate, energetic, and diverse team- Opportunities for career growth in a fast-paced environment- Competitive benefits, compensation, and a culture of recognition- Unlimited holiday policy- Commitment to positively impact your career
