The performance expectation for the finance function is at a new peak and the demands placed on CFO’s have never been greater.**Key Responsibilities**:- Support Finance Transformation projects, which may cover some of the following topics: Finance function assessment, organizational redesign, cost reduction, lean process reengineering, financial close optimization, management reporting simplification, and shared services & outsourcing strategy, design implementation.- Support the OCFO team in continuing to build and grow the practice through the development of tools, methodologies, reports, models, work plans, playbooks, checklists and processes.- Participate in client pursuits.- Perform high quality client work and develop client reports/messaging, including taking a proactive approach and anticipating client needs**How You’ll Grow**We are committed to investing and supporting you in your professional development and we have developed a range of programs focused on fostering leadership, growth, and development opportunities.
