**Data Product Owner**:**Data Product owner**Financial Domain Knowledge (must have skill):- Understand basic banking processes and products, and few years of related experience in the financial services industry, is preferred- Good knowledge of one area preferred (Risk, Regulatory, Credit, Deposits, Card, Investments, Loans, Capital, AML (Anti Money Laundering), KYC, etc..)- Understand policies and processes about how data can be collected, analyzed, and utilized- Understanding of banking regulations, Regulatory Reporting compliance for Medium to Large Financial Institutions is good to have.**What Does success mean in this role?**- Define, develop, maintain, and execute the Cloud strategy, roadmap, goals to effectively enable our customer’s Technology Transformation Journey.- Manage product backlog initiatives, epics, user stories, and cross-product dependencies- Present the roadmap, its progress and reporting to stakeholders. Provides transparency on results and planning through accurate reporting- Serve as the primary interface of the technology leaders & stakeholders with the agile delivery teams- Take ownership for ensuring a prioritized backlog is maintained so each program increment and sprint can be planned clearly and efficiently- Lead customer demos such as design walk-throughs, Market research, Data/Business analysis- Provide stakeholders with the appropriate guidance and direction with regards to roadmap priority- Navigate through ambiguity, managing and coordinating multiple project assignments simultaneously in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Ensure stakeholders are kept updated on team goals and product roadmap- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships across multiple departments.**Skills Required**:- Proven ability to successfully manage product backlog in a fast-paced, product-centric environment 7+ years of relevant experience preferred- Prior experience as a product owner or solution architect for Cloud Platforms preferably AWS- Experience in Data Ingestion, ETL, Data Management, MDM and BI Tools & Visualization, SQL and AWS Services and strong understanding of Agile/Scrum- Formal Product Owner training, such as CSPO, nice-to-have,- AWS Certification(s) is preferred- Experience in a large financial institution, or a product-centric business preferred- Dashboarding skills and ability to present graphical analysis and intuitive reports on usage and adoption- Self-motivated with strong problem-solving skills- Effective communication skills to present and collaborate with executives and senior leadership- Experience in Project Management, Exploratory data analysis preferred**Education**:- Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science, or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.**Location Requirement**: Home Office**Equal Employment Opportunity Declaration**It is the policy of Brillio, Inc. to provide a work environment free of discrimination.
