-Job descriptionIf you’re looking for a career where you can make a real impression, join our Global Service Center (GSC)- HSBC and discover how valued you’ll be.We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of**Manager Legal - Third Party Risk Management****Role purpose**:Ensure the correct administration of the Legal Firms and other suppliers that provide services to the Legal DGA, complying with all Local and Global Policies related to the hiring of Third Parties.**Main activities**:- Responsible for ensuring compliance with the Third Party Management Policy administered by Procurement as well as managing the risks related to the hiring of Third Parties within the Legal General Directorate of Administration (DGA) through the Archer system.- Monitoring the renewal of contractual documents that establish the conditions of the service provided by Legal Firms as well as the constant monitoring of the corresponding expirations.- Monitoring of the process of Hiring new Legal Firms to provide services to the different areas of the Legal DGA.- Responsible for reviewing and ensuring the correct evaluation of the risk of Bribery and Corruption for all Legal Providers in charge of the Legal DGA including Notaries, Brokers, and Legal Firms.- Preparation of reports, presentations and other information related to external suppliers necessary to meet audits, committees, and authority requirements.- Preparation and presentation of the Legal Providers Committee.Requirements- Bachelor Degree at Economic-administrative areas- Advanced Excel, Word, Power Point).- Design of Executive Reports.- Teamwork abilities- Conflict Management skills- Capacity for analysis and synthesis of data and information- Great Communication, presentation and negotiation skillset.- Project management abilities- Fluent English- Organizational skills, ability to prioritize and work under pressure.- Empathy and active demonstration of corporate valuesYou’ll achieve more when you join HSBCAt HSBC we offer our colleagues a greater number of days so that they can fully enjoy their wedding, take care of the new member of the family, or grieve the loss of a family member.
