Our vision is to be recognized as a leading partner in transforming scalability through innovation, excellence, and trust-based relationships.**Role Overview**:**Key Responsibilities**:- Design, develop, and maintain custom Salesforce solutions across multiple clouds.- Integrate Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Data Cloud for seamless customer experiences.- Collaborate with architects and business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions.- Create custom Apex classes, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Flows.- Manage API integrations with external systems and Salesforce platforms.- Optimize data models and leverage Data Cloud for unified customer data strategies.- Support marketing automation workflows using Marketing Cloud.- Conduct unit tests, peer code reviews, and follow Salesforce best practices.- Troubleshoot production issues and ensure timely resolution.**Requirements**:- 3+ years of Salesforce development experience.- Strong proficiency in Apex, LWC, SOQL/SOSL, and Salesforce configuration.- Proven experience with at least two of the following:- Data Cloud (Customer 360)- Service Cloud (case management, service automation)- Sales Cloud (lead & opportunity management)- Advanced English — able to participate in client calls and write technical documentation in English.- Experience working in agile environments.- Salesforce Developer Certification(s) strongly preferred; Multi-Cloud certifications are a plus.**Benefits**:**What We Offer**:- 100% remote work environment.- Contractor scheme as a Scalepex employee.- Opportunity to work on innovative, large-scale multi-cloud projects.- Collaborative, international team culture.
