Responsibilities Lead and support your team by hiring, mentoring, and fostering their professional growth. You'll provide feedback, resolve conflicts, and ensure strong team dynamics while aligning their efforts with organizational goals. Your leadership will promote a collaborative, high-performing, and inclusive environment for success and continuous improvement Drive AI adoption by aligning strategic goals, fostering innovation, and upskilling teams while ensuring scalable infrastructure and ethical practices Set up the software development process from scratch, ensuring a strong technical foundation and alignment with industry’s best practices and project requirements Stay updated on new technological trends, tools, and accelerators within the Python ecosystem and introduce relevant innovations into the project to improve efficiency or performance Actively participates in SWAT activities for resolving critical challenges, stepping in as needed to ensure minimal downtime and efficient resolution Maintains up-to-date knowledge in the Python technology stack and evolving frameworks/tools Engage in continuous learning by participating in courses, certifications, and technical training Present and justify technical solutions to customers and stakeholders while being confident in proposing alternative technical approaches to achieve project goals Requirements Hands-on development experience with Python (at least one Expert-level or several Advanced-level skills related to the Python technology stack), with the ability to perform Code Reviews, implement technological optimizations, and troubleshoot effectively Experience in developing Cloud environments and designing infrastructure, mainly in the AWS platform, while being able to assist a team in ensuring reliability and scalability of all solutions Able to understand business goals and foster effective interactions with stakeholders. Analyze and address architecture-significant requirements (FRs/NFRs/Constraints) and leverage the Python technology stack to address all project needs in small to mid-sized projects by defining, negotiating, and documenting architecture Capable of integrating Engineering Excellence (EngX) practices into the development process to maintain high-quality standards.
