Importante empresa en desarrollos con Inteligencia Artificial**Formación Académica**- Licenciatura en Administración, Marketing, Negocios, Comunicación o áreas afines.- Maestría altamente deseable para destacar en un entorno competitivo.**Experiência Profesional**- Experiência comprobada en roles como Customer Success, Partner Success, gestión de alianzas estratégicas o desarrollo de negocios.**Habilidades Técnicas**- Manejo avanzado de herramientas CRM (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho CRM).- Familiaridad con plataformas digitales de colaboración y gestión de proyectos como JIRA, Asana, Monday y Slack.- Capacidad para analizar e interpretar métricas clave de satisfacción, adopción y desempeño comercial.**Habilidades Blandas**- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación interpersonal y presentación, adaptándose a diversos públicos.- Competencia en negociación, resolución de conflictos y empatía, tanto para stakeholders internos como externos.- Mentalidad estratégica, orientada al crecimiento comercial y a garantizar la satisfacción del cliente.- Alto grado de proactividad, autonomía y enfoque en resultados, con destacada organización y autogestión.**Idiomas**- Inglés conversacional deseable, para facilitar comunicación frecuente con socios internacionales.**Ofrecemos**:- Sueldo neto: $50,000.- Bono trimestral- Aguinaldo y vacaciones acorde a la ley- Horario: lunes a viernes de 8:00 a 5:00 modalidad presencial- Zona de trabajo: Jardines del Pedregal, Álvaro ObregónTipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSueldo: Hasta $50,000.00 al mesTipo de jornada:- Turno de 8 horasPregunta(s) de postulación:- ¿Cuentas con disponibilidad de contrato como prestador de servicios?Lugar de trabajo: Empleo presencial
