As a Marketing Manager you’ll manage and assist with executing marketing strategies for the Mexico region. You will be required to meet and exceed marketing targets, while working with the wider global marketing organization. It will also be your responsibility to lead Mexico’s channel marketing strategies to build and grow capability within the Customer Marketing team. As Manager, you will lead and inspire an established team of Marketing professionals, developing their skills and building an inclusive and collaborative culture.Further responsibilities will include:- Ensuring marketing activities line up with strategies developed and ultimately translate plans to the sales team for execution- Driving a strong sales and marketing culture to assist with meeting regional annual contract revenue goals- Provide regional feedback around market trends, competition, and product features/differentiators to improve regional position- Champion regional needs into the global marketing organizationAt Teletrac Navman, we believe in your potential - your ability to learn, grow and make an impact. And we believe in giving you the opportunity, accountability and visibility to do just that.To be successful in this role, you will also be equipped with:- Previous senior marketing experience in a B2B environment is preferred- Proven ability to lead by example and demonstrate how to succeed at inbound and outbound lead generation- Take a data driven approach to campaign refinements; analyze metrics and reports to define effectiveness of program activities- Work internally with company stakeholders to spearhead lead generation activity; team player who can interface comfortably with sales, BDRs, operations, and other marketing groups to craft high-impact programs
