We're on a mission to build a world-class organization as we scale up our automotive business over the next 3-5 years and are looking for great talent to join our team.FuncionesSer el experto en la materia de calidad para un grupo de productos en la fabricación.Implementar y mejorar los métodos y sistemas de medición actuales para el Control de Calidad. Responsable de asegurar que los equipos de medición cumplan con los requerimientos de MSA de la industria automotriz.Impulsar mejoras y resolver problemas que ocurren en el control de calidad en proceso y en la línea de ensamble.Liderar los procesos de recalificación anual y pruebas del producto, incluido el liderazgo del proceso PPAP.Crear/actualizar planes de control e instrucciones de trabajo para respaldar el proceso de fabricación.Realizar análisis de informes y datos de producción para identificar tendencias y recomendar actualizaciones o cambios en los estándares y procedimientos de calidad cuando sea necesario.Proporciona soporte de validación mediante la aplicación de herramientas de calidad de fabricación que incluyen, entre otras: PFMEA, Inspeccion Recibo, Inspeccion Procesos, planes de control, planes de verificación/validación de procesos, CPK, Cp., SPC, DOE, análisis de datos de procesos y DMAIC.Desarrollar, implementar y garantizar que el Sistema de gestión de calidad de Aspen se ajuste a los requisitos del cliente, internos, reglamentarios/legales y de la organización certificadora.Liderar la investigación de la causa raíz con el equipo multifuncional para no conformidades y desarrollar, iniciar o implementar acciones correctivas utilizando el proceso 8D.Brindar soporte a Operaciones, incluida la revisión y aprobación de instrucciones de trabajo de fabricación, solicitudes de desviación e informes de materiales no conformes y Órdenes de cambio de ingeniería.Realizar la capacitación de los empleados sobre los requisitos de QMS e IATF según sea necesarioImplementación general y sostenibilidad de la certificación ISO 9001 / IATF 16949, incluidos los requisitos específicos del cliente aplicables.Administrar los APQP, CAPA, PPAP, Gage R&R, SPC del cliente, así como otros trabajos de validación necesarios y todos los requisitos de calidad automotriz basados en IATF 16949.Adoptar y seguir los valores fundamentales de Aspen de seguridad, calidad, integridad, trabajo en equipo, atención al cliente e innovación tanto a nível personal como profesional. Dar soporte en cualquier otra actividad requerida por la empresa dentro del área en cuestión.**Requisitos**:Licenciatura y /o IngenieriaAuditor Interno ISO 9001 o IATF (deseable)2 años de experiência en industria automotriz; dos años en puestos de administración de sistemas de gestión de calidad, liderazgo, responsabilidad de personal y administración de presupuesto.Black Belt / 6 Sigma(deseable)
