If you are ready to contribute to our journey of excellence, we invite you to be a part of our dynamic teamLearn more about MaxeonAre you ready to power positive change?**Your Mission**: As our Staff EHS Engineer, based in Mexicali, Baja California and reporting to the Sr Manager Security-EHS, your role will be pivotal in developing, implementing, and monitoring company environmental safety programs and policies to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local environmental, health, and safety regulations.**Make Your Mark**: How You Will Drive Change: Maintains safety equipment inventory, performs periodic safety inspections, monitors hazardous waste removal vendors, and may assist in consolidating hazardous wastes (chemical, radioactive, and/or medical). Interacting with a variety of departments, conducts training in emergency response and hazardous material handling. Monitors environmental compliance and maintains liaison with appropriate regulatory agencies. Recommends corrective action where environmental health and safety hazards exist. Works on problems of limited scope. Follows standard practices and procedures in analyzing situations or data from which answers can readily be obtained. Builds stable working relationships internally.
