We are currently looking for a Senior Controller to oversee financial operations for multiple entities. This role requires expertise in managing financial reporting, budgeting, compliance, and accounting functions across different clients. CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting for multiple clients.
- Oversee month-end and year-end closing processes for different entities.
- Ensure compliance with GAAP, tax regulations, and client-specific financial policies.
- Develop and implement accounting policies and internal controls for each client.
- Provide financial insights, recommendations, and strategic guidance to clients.
- Coordinate audits and liaise with external auditors and tax professionals.
- Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger functions across multiple entities.
- Optimize financial processes and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Train and mentor accounting teams to maintain consistency and accuracy across client accounts.
- Utilize financial software (e.g., QuickBooks, NetSuite, SAP) to manage multiple accounts efficiently.
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA or MBA preferred).
- 3+ years of experience in financial management, in multi-client accounting (Mandatory).
- 5+ years of progressive accounting roles.
- 3+ years of supervisory role.
- Strong full-cycle accounting skills.
- Excellent experience in QuickBooks Online and Desktop (Mandatory).
- Must be able to adapt to new software systems such as Xledger, Sage, or NetSuite, as required by clients.
- Excellent financial reporting skills, and compliance regulations.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and leadership skills.
- Advanced communication skills to interact with multiple clients and stakeholders.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple deadlines effectively.
