Jr. Finance Head

As a **Finance Head Jr. **working on site, you will play a key role in driving a sustaining business value by offering financial and analysis to advise and assist and influence in decision-making processes and strategic planning, preparing, and carrying out monthly financial reporting and financial analysis for Special Projects.**HERE’S A TASTE OF WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING**- Financial analysis, business case, strategy execution- Provide decision support for RTM activations through accurate internal & external financial modelling, analysis and appraisals aligned to key performance criteria and measurements.- Prepare and carry out monthly financial reporting and financial statement analysis, performing customer profitability analysis- Actively challenge business processes to become more efficient. Ensure positive discussions are conducted to challenge direction in order to find better business outcomes- Develop sound financial assessments on commercial investment to ensure all growth opportunities & financial risks, are properly recognized and addressed- Strong collaboration with P&A team, providing commercial finance inputs and investment plans into the annual finance planning, forecast, actuals performance analysis.- Ensure integrity of the financial statements and the accuracy of information; strict adherence to generally accepted accounting principles and Kellogg accounting policies.**YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS**- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accountant, Business Administrator, Engineering or related fields.- ** Finance Experience or similar;** at least 5 years in different finance positions; Previous experience in budgeting, accounting, planning & costing, and financial analysis- ** Strong analytical, collaborative, and communication skills**:- ** Bilingual**:English and Spanish fluent or native- ** Proficient in Company Tools / Applications** Excel, SAP, COGNOS, BPC, analytics model- ** Strong soft skills;** team building, work under pressure, creating alignment, prioritization skills, display executive presence and confidence, Proven leadership record in building excellent working relationships with senior business stakeholders- **ABOUT KELLOGG COMPANY**Kellogg Company is a multibillion-dollar company with over 30 thousand employees all over the globe.
