_**Job Title **_General Accounting & Reporting Senior Associate_- **Reports to **_ _Team Lead_- **The Role **_ _The reporting Associate is responsible for day to day activities of General Accounting and Reporting. Responsible for period end activities._- **Responsibilities **_ _Primary Duties: _- Perform activities such as period end close entries, intercompany accounting, ledger reconciliations- Pass journal entries as per the agreed SLA’s and month end checklist- Perform fixed assets (Additions/ deletions/ Scrap/ Depreciation) recording and accounting as per the relevant Accounting regulations- Assisting in preparing various month end reports for management review- Assist in other monthly/quarterly/ yearly book closure activities such as Bank Reconciliation, Stock Reconciliation- Assist in Chart of Accounts Maintenance- Assist in performing variance analysisSecondary Duties:- SLA compliance- Process Improvements- **Qualifications and **_**Essential**:- Bilingual - Spanish and English (Oral and Written) - MUST- **Required Skills**_- Accounting / Commerce / Finance/ Business Administration Graduate / Postgraduate- 2-4 years of experience in the similar process with relevant industry- Ability to perform as a team member and gel well with teams- Working knowledge of general accounting processes as per the applicable GAAP- Working knowledge of various ERPs’**Desired**:- Good analytical and communication skills- High energy, self-motivation with a high degree of accountability- Good Oral and written communications skills in English.- Knowledge of various tools used in general accounting process**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent**Salary**: $22,500.00 - $30,000.00 per monthAbility to commute/relocate:- Guadalajara, Jal.: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)**Language**:- English (preferred)
