Scheduling Coordinator

We are hiring a **Scheduling Coordinator** who will be responsible for meeting customer commitments and ensuring that the customers perspective is the driving force behind business decisions.**What You Will Be Doing**:- Will work with the team and immediate supervisor to assess options for schedule improvement when an easy solution cannot be achieved.- This role will play a critical role to improve our customer experience by working on anticipated potential misses on our schedule and adjusting customer orders when needed.- Work on continuous improvement initiatives on existing processes and to eliminate waste.- Give an excellent customer Satisfaction to all our clients, internally and externally- Be a contact point between MFG and Order Fulfillment on sales order clarifications, urgencies and potential escalations.- Data Analytics on existing processes to measure and improve our KPI´s performance.**Required Skills and Competencies**- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business, International Relations, Engineering or related.- Excel proficiency: Medium to advanced- Minimum 3 years of experience**Preferred** Skills and Competencies**- Proficient with an ERP system.- You are capable to use different Lean Office tools, for gathering, analyzing, and synthesizing data and independently solve problems and/or lead well defined continuous improvement initiatives/projects of moderate scope and complexity under limited supervision.**Wellbeing Means so Much More than Benefits**:- We value our employees' well-being at Steelcase and offer several resources to support their health, work, and personal needs.- Employee Assistance Program, which provides immediate and confidential help 24/7 for any problem related to health, work, or personal life.
