Every day we produce work that is innovative, challenging and enjoyed by millions of peopleWe are looking for an enthusiastic, skilful and creative **Video Editor and Motion Graphics Designer** who likes to create fun, short form social media content.If the idea of a fast-paced, dynamic role with tonnes of opportunity for change, responsibility and innovation sounds exciting to you, then read on**ABOUT US**Founded in 2008, we are an international team that works with incredible clients all over the world, particularly in the US TV industry.Whether it’s developing our own products, producing engaging social content en masse, or designing and delivering services to help our clients work more efficiently, our work is varied, exciting and at the very forefront of the latest technology and trends.Currently, we are a growing team of 100+ people but still looking for new colleagues who make an impact and believe in the same ideas and values as we do.**RESPONSIBILITIES**What can you expect?- Reviewing never-before-seen TV episodes before they’re released- Using Adobe Suite to produce high quality short form video content for high profile US TV clients- Designing new or working with existing motion graphics packages- Suggesting creative solutions and putting forward own ideas for engaging and innovative content- Self-evaluating and reviewing own work before presenting to line manager- Developing own skills by learning from other team members and through independent research**QUALIFICATIONS****What's important to us**:- Intermediate to advanced understanding of Adobe Creative Suite, especially Premiere Pro, After Effects and Photoshop- A basic level of proficiency is definitely not a deal-breaker but willingness and determination to learn would be compulsory- Knowledge of encoding and optimisation for specific social platforms- Ability to work well under the pressure of deadlines while maintaining accuracy- Excellent eye for detail- Strong editorial sense both visually and in terms of storytelling- Ability to adjust well to feedback and changing priorities- High work-ethic and self-motivation**WORKING ENVIRONMENT****Agility & Openness for Ideas**We actively encourage the entire team to share their ideas, with that in mind we regularly adopt and implement suggestions across the company, you’re the specialist hereOperating with the agility of a high growth start-up, alongside the support you can expect from a larger organisation means we encourage quick decision making and a responsive, adaptive culture.**Outstanding People**We believe that great teams are built by a mixture of personality, skills and a passion for what people do.
