As industry leaders in digital ingredient distribution and trade, we are committed to meeting today’s market demands through technology-driven solutions.**Key Responsibilities**:**Sales Leadership & Team Management**- Lead and manage a Mexico-based sales team, setting clear sales targets and objectives.- Provide ongoing coaching, mentoring, and performance feedback.- Foster a results-driven, high-performance sales culture.**Sales Strategy & Market Development**- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth across Mexico.- Identify new business opportunities and establish strong market positioning.- Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of market shifts.- Collaborate with leadership to set goals and track progress.**Client Relationship Management**- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders in Mexico.- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, retention, and repeat business.- Represent the company at industry events and client meetings when needed.- Report directly to the International Sales Manager, providing regular updates on regional performance.**Operations & Administrative Support**- Manage office operations to ensure smooth day-to-day business activities.- Oversee payroll, basic accounting functions, and compliance with Mexican labor laws.- Support HR-related processes in collaboration with global teams.- Contribute to the development and improvement of operational processes in a startup environment.**Qualifications**:- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).- 2-5 years of proven experience in sales management, preferably within B2B or e-commerce.- Demonstrated ability to manage and motivate a sales team.- Hands-on experience with HubSpot CRM and familiarity with NetSuite.- Strong knowledge of payroll, accounting, and Mexican labor law practices.- Excellent Excel skills, with the ability to analyze and report sales and financial data.- Experience working in a startup environment, wearing multiple hats when needed.- Strong office management capabilities.- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.- Strong negotiation and analytical abilities.- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.- Fluent in English (written and spoken).Projected Total Compensation: $45,900.00 - $82,600.00 per monthApplication Question(s):- Do you have experience in overseeing payroll, basic accounting functions, and compliance with Mexican labor laws?- Do you have experience in B2B or e-commerce?- Can you speak English?**Experience**:- Sales Manager: 3 years (required)- Operations Manager: 2 years (required)Work Location: In person
