You will be helping to improve the quality of life for children and their families across all settings including in-center, school and community settings.**JOB SUMMARY & RESPONSIBILITIES**:HIA is hiring full-time Social Worker with-in our Behavioral Health and Autism Division in Minnesota.**RESPONSIBILITIES**:- Implement 1:1 direct Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques in-center and/or school/community settings- Collect accurate ongoing data on client’s programs- Clear communication with all team members and parents/clients- Compliance with all related organization policies and procedures- Attendance at staff meetings and training**MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS**:- A desire to make a difference in someone’s life- Compassion- Bachelor's degree in Social Work**PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS;**- 2,000 hours of supervised experience in the delivery of clinical services in the treatment of mental illness or children with emotional disturbances- Master's or other graduate degree in one of the behavioral sciences or related fields- One year of experience working with children, teens, individuals with developmental disabilities, direct support, education, or a related field- Experience with challenging behaviors such as IED and/or ODD highly preferred, but not required**PREFERRED CLINICAL SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE**:- Can effectively utilize ALL Discrete Trial Training (DTT) components- Consistently implements motivational systems as recommended- Exhibits knowledge and implementation of a wide range of curriculum- Can accurately assess functions of behavior- Exhibits knowledge and implementation of a wide range of behavior plans (proactive and reactive)- Accurately collects and condenses data (behavior and curriculum)- Seeks professional knowledge and feedback- Implements feedback- Consistently attends mandatory staff meetings- Consistently exhibits professionalism (dress, is on time to appointments, interfaces professionally with others)- Can communicate verbally and in writing in a professional manner**PERKS**:- Competitive Pay- Health Benefit (Health, Dental and Vision)- Clinical Supervision Hours for BCBA and RBT- Opportunities for Career Advancement and Professional Development- Paid Training- In-House Training to become a Registered Behavioral Therapist (RBT)- Mentorship from lead clinicians- Continuing Education Units to maintain RBT credential**Award-Winning - A Great Place to Work**“The Best Place To Be Your Best” That’s our challenge to people who take pride in making a difference and want ongoing opportunities to do it better.Pay: $30,686.00 - $52,500.00 per monthAbility to commute/relocate:- Ciudad de México: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)Work Location: In person
