**We’re Hiring: Shopify Conversion Specialist****Full-time | Remote (LATAM hours)**Our client is a fast-growing Shopify brand ( $1M/month) in the natural skincare space. They’re looking for a **hands-on Shopify Conversion Specialist**to **own their landing page and CRO roadmap**—no dev hand-offs, no fluff. Your work will show up in tomorrow’s revenue report.**What You’ll Do**:Build landing pages and PDPs in ReploWrite high-converting headlines, bullets, CTAsCreate or source on-brand visuals (Figma, AI, etc.)Set up A/B tests and analyze results (GA4, Hotjar)**Must-Have Skills**:3+ years in CRO or eComm growth designReplo, Shopify (themes/Liquid), basic HTML/CSSConversion copywriting (show examples)Visual/UI skills (Figma or Adobe)GA4 event setup + strong test analysis**Bonus Points**:Experience with beauty/wellness DTC brandsFamiliarity with KlaviyoAI tools (Midjourney, ChatGPT) for mockups & copy**Key KPI**:Ship 1 new landing page test per weekDrive +15% lift in contribution margin per quarter**Perks**:USD salary via DeelFully remote, LATAM hours aligned to PST$500/year learning budget (Figma, CXL, etc.)13th salary, paid holidays, direct impactThanks,
