Leverage collaboration with DX teams and other teams to understand clients needs and develop marketing solutions to improve sales and loyalty for our clients and shoppers.**Qualifications****What will you be doing?**- Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote PepsiCo products in retail stores.- Help develop and execute promotion and store activation plans in collaboration with the sales team.- Work with the research and analysis team to collect and analyze sales and market data to identify trends and opportunities.- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistency and effectiveness of messaging and activations across all platforms and channels.- Manage the budget and expenses of the Shopper Marketing team and ensure that PepsiCo's financial policies and procedures are followed.- Make sure all marketing materials and resources are of high quality and ready to implement in a timely manner.**Who are we looking for?**- University degree in Marketing, Buisiness administration, Digital Marketing or related- At least 4 years of experience in FMCG industry, Beverage or similar- Knowledge about principle of marketing at the point of sale, incliding promotions, merchandising, and pricing strategies- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills with the ability to collect and analyze market and sales data- Excellent verbal and written communication skills- Interpersonal skills to stablish effective relationships with clients and business partners- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously- Advance knowledge in Microsoft package- Desirable experience in budgeting and finance management- Manage people- Connection Skills- Team management- Trilingual training- Shopper knowledge interest- Active Listenning- Resilence**What can you expect from us?**- Competitive compensation- A flexible work environment that promotes a healthy balance between personal and professional life- A dynamic and inclusive culture- A supportive team that will foster your professional growth and development- Opportunity to work with relevant projects worldwide- Opportunity to give back to the community with our volunteer programs- We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
