You can measure your success through excellent financial results, growing customer satisfaction metrics, industry recognition, and employee satisfaction scores.
- You'll gain insight on the detailed functionality of Cisco products and partner with all distributed elements of the service chain.
- Our TAC team is made up of highly responsive and driven technology experts who love what they do: Enabling our customers by enabling Cisco Technology
- We provide 2nd/3rd level technical support on a worldwide basis 24 x 7 x 365 to customer sites.
- Proficiency in both Spanish and English language, written and verbal.
- Valid CCNA certification.
- You've achieved a bachelor's or master's degree in a technical field (CS/EE) and/or have 5-8 years related experience in networking products and protocols.
- 2+ years working with Cisco products and dealing/troubleshooting with customers at advanced level.
- You've had 2+ years hands on experience with: Virtualization, Active Directory, DNS, VoIP (SIP, H.323).
- Valid CCNP certification.
- Have Administrator level knowledge of either Microsoft Windows Server & Linux.
- Strong soft skills: De-Escalation techniques, customer satisfaction, negotiation, active listening.
- Experience in Collaboration products (CUCM/CUBE/Expressways/CMS/Collaboration end points).
- Advanced level of knowledge with Certificates and SSL.
