Experiencia comprobada en la gestión de ventas, preferiblemente en el sector de bebidas alcohólicas o industrias relacionadas.

  • Habilidades de liderazgo demostradas, con experiencia en la dirección de equipos de ventas.
  • Conocimientos avanzados de herramientas como SAP y Microsoft Excel.
  • Excelentes habilidades de negociación y comunicación.
  • Disponibilidad para viajar y horarios flexibles, según sea necesario.
  • Licenciatura en Administración de Empresas, Mercadotecnia, Economía o carrera afín. (TITULO INDISPENSABLE)

Responsabilidades del puesto:

  • Dirigir y supervisar el equipo de ventas, motivando y guiando al equipo hacia la consecución de los objetivos establecidos.
  • Desarrollar estrategias para aumentar la cuota de mercado y maximizar el rendimiento de las ventas.
  • Establecer y mantener relaciones sólidas con clientes clave y distribuidores.
  • Gestionar eficientemente los recursos y presupuestos asignados para lograr los resultados deseados.
  • Proporcionar análisis y reportes periódicos a la alta dirección, identificando oportunidades de mejora y resolviendo posibles desafíos en el área de ventas.
  • Mantenerse actualizado sobre las tendencias del mercado y la competencia, proponiendo acciones para mantener la competitividad.
