Join us and let us focus together on what is truly important: making lives better with new ideas and the latest technology around the world.Why you will love working for Siemens- Freedom and a healthy work- life balance- Embrace our flexible work environment with flex hours, telecommuting and digital workspaces.- Solve the world’s most significant problems - Be part of exciting and innovative projects.- Engaging, challenging, and fast evolving, cutting edge technological environment.- Opportunities to advance your career and mentorship programs on a local and global scale.- Contribute to our social responsibility initiatives focused on access to education, access to technology and sustaining communities and make a positive impact on the community.- Participate in our celebrations, social events, and offsite business events.- Opportunities to contribute your innovative ideas and get rewards for them- Diversity and inclusivity focused.What will you do?- Maintains a close interaction with various management functions.- Supports acquisition activities with detailed technical knowhow on complex issues.- Adheres to and enforces the organization's internal processes and rules as well as public standards and regulations.- Supervision of Installation, Commissioning or Site Acceptance Testing for Medium Voltage Switchgears and LV Switchgear / Low Voltage Motor Control Centers.- Repairs for Medium Voltage Switchgears and LV Switchgear / Low Voltage Motor Control Centers.- On site or Remote Troubleshooting for Medium Voltage Switchgears and LV Switchgear / Low Voltage Motor Control Centers.- Site Acceptance Test for Medium Voltage Switchgears and LV Switchgear / Low Voltage Motor Control Centers.- Customer technical support on site or remote way for warranty issues related of Medium Voltage Switchgears and LV Switchgear / Low Voltage Motor Control Centers.- Coordinating, preparing, and ensuring that all materials, parts, and equipment are available and with appropriate quality for all the services or repairs scheduled to be attended by you.- Collect all necessary information and evidence as remote way or on site from customers like photos, videos, to upload them on SieOps (Salesforce) and address this information to the quality assurance department to define how to proceed on next steps.- Create and document properly all the activities performed on customer site in a field service report and upload it on SieOps (Salesforce) accordingly.- Create a service minute for all the services or repairs performed on site and obtain the sign from customers to document properly the closing of all the open topics with customers.What will you need to succeed?- Bachelor’s degree on Electrical, Electro-Mechanical, Mechatronic, Automation, Electronic, Industrial Engineering related field, also a TSU Degree is accepted (University Senior Technician).- Intermediate Knowledge in electrical drawings interpretation for Medium Voltage Switchgears and LV Switchgear / Low Voltage Motor Control Centers. (Three-line diagram, Single line diagram, Electrical control diagram, Wiring Diagram, General Information Diagram, General Arrangement Diagram).- Intermediate Knowledge in Mechanical Assembly drawings interpretation for Medium Voltage Switchgears and LV Switchgear / Low Voltage Motor Control Centers.- Travel and work all the time on different locations around México and Latin America.- Availability to attend urgent issues on customer site including weekends and holidays.- SAP Knowledge is a plus.- SieOps (Salesforce) Knowledge is a plus.- Basic Microsoft 365 Knowledge (Word, Excel, Power Point).- More than 2 years of experience on Assembly of Medium Voltage Switchgears or LV Switchgears / LV Motor Control Centers is a plus.- More than 2 Years of experience on Final Testing of Medium Voltage Switchgears or LV Switchgears / LV Motor Control Centers is a plus.- More than 3 years working on Industrial Maintenance as Electro - Mechanical or similar position like Maintenance technician is a plus.- More than 3 years working on an electrical services company as Service Technician or Service Engineer is a plus.- Intermediate English is a plus.- USA VISA and Mexican Passport is a plus.Equal Employment Opportunity Statement
