Mid-Level Process / Industrialization Engineer Barcelona Area, Spain (Relocation & Work Visa Provided) We are looking for a Mid-Level Process / Industrialization Engineer (automotive industry) to support and lead product and process industrialization in a manufacturing environment, with strong exposure to automation and Industry 4.0 initiatives. This role will be promoted in Mexico, but the position is based near Barcelona, Spain . Full work visa sponsorship and relocation support are provided. Key Responsibilities Plan and manage product and process industrialization activities. Lead and support production line start-ups and ramp-ups. Support new project launches, ensuring quality, efficiency, and on-time delivery. Implement advanced manufacturing and automation solutions aligned with Industry 4.0. Prepare technical and cost-improvement studies in line with quality and customer standards. Coordinate action plans with suppliers and internal teams. Support poka-yoke systems, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives. Requirements 4 years of experience as a Process or Industrialization Engineer in the automotive field. Proven experience in manufacturing and industrialization projects. Knowledge of PFMEA, Kaizen, and continuous improvement tools. Experience in automated or semi-automated production environments. English proficiency. Nice to Have Lean Manufacturing knowledge. Experience with poka-yoke systems and manual process automation. Ability to interpret machinery specifications.
