You will have a complete life cycle experience from initial concept development through detail design, implementation, and upgrades, working with over 500 global engineers with a single purpose; deliver the cleanest, most efficient power to our customers.**Roles and Responsibilities**- Understand engineering solutions for product control and control system technology needs.- Implement new control technologies into packaged product offerings.- Participate in Factory Acceptance / Software Witnesses Acceptance Tests / CKOM with customers.- Support site installations with occasional travel to customer sites 80% Office 20% Travel to customer site.- Contribute in projects with responsibility for quality and schedule metrics.- Support Controls Software Engineering process, Production and Field Engineering- Contribute on Software development new units, CM&Us and perform validation test.- Contribute on the solution of complex technical problems.- Support Controls Requisitions Engineering, Production and Field Engineering.- Provide engineering technical support cross functional teams to improve or resolve Controls design, performance.- Contribute on the software development for NPI and validation test.- Ability to create software automatic tools.- Provide communications on significant issues or developments.- Ensure proper documentation of technical data is generated for the assigned projects and/or tasks consistent with engineering policies and procedures- Participate on the implementation of innovative analysis design, development concepts of processes and systems.**Required Qualifications**- BS degree in Controls, Electrical & Mechatronics engineering from an accredited university.- Written and oral communication skills in English and Spanish.- Ability to program PLC´s, Micro Controllers. Matlab.- Demonstrated interpersonal and leadership experience.- Demonstrated ability in establishing common goals and objectives.**Desired Characteristics**- Master’s degree in related field- Understanding of Aero derivative engines.- Experience developing Human Machine Interface HMI.- MarkVIe/RX3i Control System Experienced desired.- Industrial Power generation control knowledge.- Knowledge of network protocols Profibus, Modbus, Ethernet.**Additional Information**:**Relocation Assistance Provided**:No
