In this role you will be responsible for developing and executing sourcing strategies that deliver significant value for our customers. Manage the assigned supply portfolio for ensuring transparency of procurement process. Responsible for handling end to end sourcing operations. Generating and implementing efficient sourcing and category management strategies. Support the Source to Pay process since the need is raised until the payment is completed. Understand and Assist the Payables Process. Support transfer activities to Shared Service Center - S2P. Support implementation and deployment of Source to Pay Systems (ie: Coupa / Concur)**A successful Sourcing Manager will**:- Engage with teams across ALG Business to understand business and regional needs, forecast and demand.- Develop and drive category savings initiatives aligned with business objectives.- Analyze business requirements and identify reliable suppliers to meet business requirements.- Design and document RFI, RFP and Vendor Analysis process to continue to use for the procurement implementation in all Business Units.- Support any sourcing and procurement projects. Responsible for delivering accurate information to stakeholders for final review. Establishing a standard process for all sourcing and procurement events.- Cross functional with IT Sourcing and Procurement supporting the management of licensing platforms and corporate mobile device accounts.- Measuring KPI's for the success of the Coupa implementation for each business unit. Delivering any new KPI reports as needed through the adoption and development of the tool.- Negotiate directly with vendors to get the best possible commercial options, bid, award, and handle the supply. Also identify areas of potential cost reduction and analyze the impact of pricing changes for goods and services.- Leads evaluation and selection of suppliers in terms of quality, service, cost and capability.- Understand market dynamics, labor rates/market rates, etc. that may impact buy.- Support S2P process including understanding and assisting the Accounts Payable process.**A successful Sourcing Manager will have**:- University Degree Administration, Engineering, Accountant - or Demonstrated Experience equivalent Master’s degree preferred.- Desired Six Sigma certification (GB)- Desired any ISM / APICS Certificate.- 8+ year in procurement and/or equivalent work experience using Procurement Systems- Experience in a matrix reporting environment.- Microsoft Office software Excel, PowerPoint and other MS tool- Office 365 Apps (Outlook/ SharePoint/Planner, etc.)- Experience in Procurement System (SAP, ORACLE, COUPA /SRM Exp./Concur)- Accounting Knowledge.
