At PepsiCo we create a Space to be y( )u.**Join PepsiCo, dare to transform.****Responsibilities****The Opportunity**Lead the SSC resolve activities for LatAm to ensure that services are provide according to signed service level agremnt, while short and long term strategies are in place as well as:- Generate strategy that allows to perform the operation in a robust control environment.- Provide and share best practices and methodologies to the team, to support execution and accurate performance.- Lead right government with a healthy service catalog, hands off, SAL, contracts and system access, manage process improvement and documents update.- Manage operation with very good control environment and looking for continuous improvment to reach productivity.- Lead expansion projets for food and beverages, according with transformational agenda to support productivity targets, benefits for coninous improvements.- Lead the SSC Business Transformations Portfolio, by support the endavors/projects identification, priorization & ensuring Project executions throught the assigned Project Managers.- Performing the Project Manager/Governance/Expansion lead role, for specific assignment Projects (generally SSC Big Bets) by leading the execution of the Project.- Follow the performance and issues resolution trough out KPIs monitoring**Your Impact**As The**Cntrl & Rpt Assoc Manager **your scope will consist of:- Lead and Develop Projects Portfolio EI- Lead and Design expansion strategy covering all Bus and MUs requirements within service catalog. DE- Lead and define projects scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with all areas related to the projects EI- Lead expansion project progress according to plan to identify risk and define action plans to eliminate any impact. DE- Ensure the services expansion according to agenda. EI- Generate documentation and governance of the projects (tracking & management). CE- Support the strategy that allows to perform the operation in a robust control environment with quality services.ICE- KPI's monitoring and presentations. IC- Foster a Culture of continues improvement. DICE- Close interaction with internal and external clients to foment networking and service. ICE- Support effective change management process. ICE- Support LATAM SSC supervisor to drive funcional Strategy and org. design Processes. DCI- Lead Centralization and project portafolio strategy- Manage documentation, access credential and contracts approvals.- Connect and implement wiring communication system with stakeholders- Foster a key cultural environment for beter performance**Qualifications****Who Are We Looking For?****Education**-:- Bachelor degree in engineering, administrative, finance or similar- required**Experience**-:- Deep knowledge about project management methodologies & agile frameworks (PMI, SAFe, Scrum, L6S, Kanban)- Project experience (5 to 10 years), as Project Leader/ Project Manager- Project Management Professional (PMP) Certified or Scrum Master Certified - Desirable- Advanced Project Management Information system (PMIS) expertice, like MS Project or similar- Advanced Microsoft Office toolset (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Visio)- Strong communication skills, to interact with employees of all levels - including upper management- Design Thiking skills + Sotfware or tools related knowledge- Advance English language skills- Leadership & Managing people skills**Competencies**- Customer
