The tasks consist on the following:- Service Desk & Helpdesk: Preparing laptops for new employees and provide onsite and remote support to our employees globally, both with Windows and macOS.- Plan, design and develop our IT environment and any processes that can be automatized.- Prepare the onboarding and IT material for new employees.- Manage our Google systems and licences.- Manage tech material- Support and maintenance of audiovisual equipment in meeting rooms.- Support our offices around the world.**About you**- +2 years of experience in a similar position.- Good communication skills in English and Spanish (other languages are welcome).- Experience installing and managing networks is desirable- Experience in a fast-paced environment would be a plus.- Desirable to have knowledge about Jira or other ticketing tools.- Be decisive and organised.- Love being part of a dynamic team in a growing company.**Benefits & Perks**:- Attractive compensation package consisting of base salary and the potential to earn a significant bonus for top performance- Opportunity to have a real impact in a high-growth global category leader- 40% discount on all Fever events and experiences- Work in a location in the heart of Mexico City- Private health Insurance- 20 days off annually- Wellhub membership- English Lessons- Responsibility from day one and professional and personal growth- Great work environment with a young, international team of talented people to work withLI-hybrid #LI-fulltime #LI-JG1Thank you for considering joining Fever.
