**BAT MEXICO IS LOOKING FOR A CLOUD AND NETWORK - COMPLIANCE ANALYST****JOB TITLE**:CLOUD AND NETWORK - COMPLIANCE ANALYST****FUNCTION: DIGITAL BUSINESS SOLUTIONS****CITY & COUNTRY: MONTERREY, MEXICO****ROLE SUMMARY****What are the key objectives and expectations from this role? **.Compliance Analyst is responsible to monitor infrastructure hosting compliance against the internal IT Security Controls which the organization is required to comply. This role is responsible in maintaining infrastructure hosting - Data Centre and AWS Cloud compliance including periodic assessment and monitoring compliance related Service Level Agreements and ensuring that they meet the required levels.**What is the direct impact of this role on the team or organization?**Role complexity is going to be high due to below reasons:- Infrastructure hosting compliance and controls management for Data Centre and Cloud Service - AWS.- In depth understanding of IT Security Controls for Datacentre and Cloud - AWS.- Management of infrastructure hosting operational risks within IDT Services.- Covering US time zone.**ACCOUNTABILITIES**- Govern and handle infrastructure hosting compliance by alignment to IT Security Controls requirements especially SOX and AWS Cloud security controls.- Supervise and reviews Infrastructure performance, lead the regular review process with suppliers which covers:- Review outstanding actions from previous review- Monthly infrastructure hosting IT Security compliant status- Cooperate with appropriate actions to maintain / improve compliance status.- Initiates any actions required to maintain or improve infrastructure hosting compliance performance.- Acts as co-ordination point for internal and external infrastructure audit.- Manage compliance discussion and escalation within internal involved parties. Work with service owners and 3rd party- vendors to resolve / manage compliance remediations.- Report the levels of IT compliance risk and control efficiency to internal and external involved parties such as- Leadership Team, senior management, legal, regulators, internal/external auditors, etc**EXPERIENCE, SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE****ESSENTIAL****Education**- Degree Educated, 3-5 years post graduate work experience in an IT Services environment and /or business facing IT role.- Security and Compliance related certification e.g., CISSP, CISA, CISM.- Basic Cloud technologies certification e.g., AWS certification.- Advanced English proficiency.**Experience**- Experience in large global organization using in-sourced and out-sourced IT service providers- Experience in handling infrastructure hosting for Data Centre and Cloud Service - AWS.- Experience in managing SOX controls.**Required skills**- Good knowledge in Cloud Service - AWS technology.- Solid experience in managing security controls for Data Centre and Cloud Service - AWS.- Good understanding on SOX compliance for a large corporation.- Experience in large global organization managing vendor and supplier relationships.- Strong knowledge of ITIL standard process IT Service Management.**Beneficial**- Industry-recognised risk management qualification- ITIL certification- SOX
