Process Engineer

Responsible for ensure stability of product process and consistency of product documentation2. Responsible for collect & analyze production data to improve production efficiency and reduce cost3. Responsible for discover and improve potential safety hazard4. Responsible for launch the program in plant**Main tasks and responsibilities**1. Design the layout of plant (such as equipment, WIP, row material area.etc)2. Develop process for new project and take lead to control all steps of project in operations department.3. Develop and maintain manufacturing documents (such as flow chart, P-FMEA, working instruction)4. Control and optimize process in order to improve the production efficiency, quality and safety5. Continuous improvement for each problem of process6. Analysis the production data to solve the daily production problem timely.7. Review and approve technical drawings and documentation.8. Work with R&D in HQ at daily base for the new product launch and technology transformation9. Manage and train technical/setter team to ensure effective engineering productivity10. Adjust the fixture dimension for ensure the quality is ok for produce.11. Support maintenance engineer to maintain equipment and fixture.12. Responsible for the analysis and solution of potential safety hazards in the production site, and constantly improve the safety operation procedures of each post.13. Responsible for launch the localization program and carry over program.14. Responsible for HSE (Health, Safety, Environment) in plant.16. Regularly carry out experience summary sharing, optimize the process, and constantly learn new ideas, new knowledge, new tools, guide and train other employees to improve their professional skills, and lead team members to solve major technical problems/complete important projects.17. Complete other tasks assigned by the leader.**Qualification****Education：**Bachelor and above degree, major in electrical and machinal is preferred**Work experience：**─ More than 8 years of experience in Automotive manufacturing related work.─ More than 3 years of experience in welding, laser welding background is preferred.**Knowledge：**─ Good written and oral communication skills in English─ Good knowledge of Automotive manufacturing standard and project management─ Good knowledge of welding knowledge (arc welding or laser welding)─ Good knowledge of FEMA, ODS, PM, Ergonomics─ Good knowledge of IATF 16949 standard─ Good communication skills and team work.─ Good knowledge of AutoCAD, MS OFFICE,etc.─ Team management experience**Behavior：**─ Meet the requirements of the company's values and leadership model─ Comply with information security management regulations and codes of conduct, reasonably use and protect company information systems and equipment, and strictly keep confidential the important company information learned─ Comply with the company's code of professional ethics and policies, practice the values of integrity and integrity in the company's business, abide by the laws and regulations of the place where the business is located, and refrain from using illegal or unethical means to conduct business or gain a competitive advantage─ Excellent/good interpersonal communication and organization and coordination skills, strong team awareness**Resumen del puesto**Responsable del desarrollo del proceso del producto, la preparación de los documentos del proceso, la disposición de la fábrica y el diseño del proceso de la línea de producción, el desarrollo de la asignación de operadores y el ritmo de las jornadas; supervisar, formar y guiar el funcionamiento del proceso de los trabajadores directos, responsable del diseño, aplicación y mantenimiento de equipos / herramientas.**Resumen del trabajo**1.Responsable de garantizar la estabilidad del proceso del producto y la coherencia de la documentación del producto2.Responsable de recopilar y analizar los datos de producción para mejorar la eficiencia de la producción y reducir los costos3.Responsable de descubrir y mejorar los posibles riesgos de seguridad4.Responsable de lanzar el programa en planta**Principales tareas y responsabilidades**1. Diseñar la distribución de la planta (equipos, WIP, zona de material en hilera, etc.).2.Desarrollar el proceso para el nuevo proyecto y liderar el control de todos los pasos del proyecto en el departamento de operaciones.3.Desarrollar y mantener los documentos de fabricación (como el diagrama de flujo, P-FMEA, instrucción de trabajo).4.Controlar y optimizar el proceso para mejorar la eficiencia de la producción, la calidad y la seguridad.5.Mejora continua para cada problema del proceso6.Analizar los datos
