Si tienes experiência en supervisión y coordinación de proyectos de construcción, queremos conocerte**Requisitos**:- **Lugar de trabajo**: Querétaro (El Pueblito)- **Carrera concluida**: Ingeniería Mecatrónica, Arquitectura o Ingeniería Civil- **Inglés**: Intermedio (lectura y escritura), deseable avanzado- **Software**: Paquetería Office, Microsoft Project, AutoCAD (lectura y modificación de layout)**Experiência**:- 3 a 5 años en puestos de supervisión o coordinación- Liderazgo de equipos de trabajo (20-30 personas)- Proyectos de construcción- Certificación DC3- Conocimiento en normas de construcción, obra eléctrica, mecánica y redes (CCTV, control de accesos, etc.)**Actividades**:- Supervisión de fases de proyecto: adquisiciones, planificación, contratación, seguimiento- Gestión de proveedores- Garantizar la ejecución, administración y cierre del proyecto- Supervisión de facturación, control de gastos y presupuestos- Supervisión de seguridad e higiene (residuos peligrosos, trabajo en alturas, normas de construcción)**Competencias**:Excelente atención al cliente, buenas habilidades de comunicación, liderazgo, habilidades para negociar, organización**Horario**:- Lunes a viernes de 8 am a 5:30 pm (posición presencial) (Disponibilidad de horario)**¿Por qué CBRE?** En CBRE, valoramos la diversidad y la inclusión.
