At PepsiCo we create a Space to be y( )u.Now we are looking for this position:**Responsibilities**:**Product Designer****Main Purpose**Accountabilities** / Responsibilities**- _Define and uphold a consistent voice, tone, and look-and-feel for end-to-end product storytelling and scenarios._- _ Effectively communicate design strategies, concepts, and solutions to peers, partners, and stakeholders._- _ Flesh out complex systems from the ground up. _- _Collaborate closely with business stakeholders and Product Managers to understand the various user needs, identify a problem and solution with Product and Engineering, build an intuitive solution for a complicated flow, validate your designs impact and check in with other platform designers to ensure platform-wide consistent designs._- _ Provide solid visual design across product experiences and form factors._- _ Present work to stakeholders, peers and other members of the design team._- _ Partner with key team leads on OKRs, Now/Next/Later roadmap and platform/product vision._- _ Work iteratively from concept to detailed designs powered by research and data_Qualifications:**Qualifications / Requirements**The purpose of this section is to identify the requirements of the job. State the minimum qualifications, knowledge and years of experience required to qualify for the position.Pactical Tips:- Has 3-5 years experience, ideally working on consumer-facing and/or ecomm experiences and across form factors (mobile/web)- Has a strong UX foundation, specifically around: generating flow diagrams, information architecture, generating low to high fidelity wireframes and prototypes.- Enjoys detangling complex systems, operations, and user flows.- Has a user-centered mindset and can articulate your design decisions/the ‘why’ and can present prototypes to business stakeholders for feedback.- Is familiar with agile processes and is comfortable owning and delivering new features while keeping consistency with fellow platform designers.- Can compromise or evangelize for design to execute on value driving solutions within technical constraints.- Uses Figma, or is open to learning to use Figma.- Can prototype within Figma, Principle or similar software.If you have the profile that we are looking, send us your CV by this via, if it's possible that you can participate in this process we will contact you ASAP, if not we will keep your info in our base data for 6 months.**Thank you so much for your interest in PepsiCo
