Role Objective Lead the development and execution of the Business Intelligence strategy to support data-driven decision-making across the organization. Oversee the design, implementation, and optimization of performance dashboards, KPIs, and analytical models that drive business impact. Key Responsibilities Define and implement the BI vision and roadmap aligned with business goals. Lead the design and delivery of executive dashboards, KPIs, and performance metrics. Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for senior stakeholders. Partner with cross-functional teams (IT, Finance, Operations, Commercial) to ensure data accuracy, governance, and accessibility. Manage and mentor a high-performing team of BI analysts and data professionals. Promote a data-driven culture by enabling self-service BI tools and fostering analytical capabilities across the organization. Monitor and optimize the performance of BI platforms and reporting processes. Identify opportunities for advanced analytics and automation of reports. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Business, Economics, or related fields (Master's preferred). 7+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or related roles. Proven leadership managing BI teams and cross-functional stakeholders. Advanced knowledge of BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Qlik), SQL, and Excel. Experience with cloud data platforms and data modeling. Strong communication skills, capable of presenting data to non-technical audiences. Intermediate to advanced English level. Nice to Have Experience in industries such as Financial Services, Retail, or Technology. Familiarity with Python, R, or other data science tools. Knowledge of Agile project methodologies and data governance best practices. #J-18808-Ljbffr
