If you are someone who enjoys finding solutions, implementing improvements, spearheading new initiatives and continuous opportunities for growth, you'll love it hereUride is growing and we'd love for you to come along for the ride We are currently looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to join the team.**Job Details**This is a Full-time fully remote position open to anyone based in Latin America, with a salary range of 41,000-47,800 MXN per month for 40 hours per week.**Overview**Working closely with our Marketing Director, we are looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team and take ownership of our digital marketing initiatives.If you are passionate about data-driven marketing, scaling app-based campaigns, and optimizing search strategies, this role is a great fit for you**What you’ll be doing**- Develop, manage, and optimize performance marketing strategies across digital channels including Google Ads, Meta, Instagram, and other relevant platforms- Execute and optimize app install campaigns, search ads, display, Video Ads (Youtube, Tiktok, Snap) and retargeting strategies to increase user acquisition, engagement, and retention- Monitor and analyze key performance metrics (CPI, CAC, LTV, ROI, etc.) to track the effectiveness of campaigns and optimize them for maximum performance- Collaborate with product, analytics, and tech teams to ensure alignment on goals, KPIs, and roadmaps- Lead A/B testing initiatives to drive continuous improvement in campaign performance- Manage budget allocation, forecasting, and reporting on campaign performance to senior leadership- Stay up-to-date on the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in search, app marketing, and overall performance marketing**What we are looking for**- 5+ years of experience in performance marketing, particularly with app install campaigns and paid search- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field- Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads, and other major digital advertising platforms- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and turn insights into actionable strategies- Familiarity with mobile measurement partners (MMPs) such as Adjust, AppsFlyer, or Branch- Strong communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally- Kindness, a high EQ, and adeptness at listening, communicating with, and collaborating with other team members- High adaptability and a strong desire for continuous learning and growth**Bonus points if you have**- Experience in the ride-sharing, transportation, or tech industry- Knowledge of ASO (App Store Optimization) and SEO (Search Engine Optimization)- Hands-on experience with programmatic advertising and DSPs (Demand-Side Platforms)**What you can expect from this role**- Competitive salary + Health benefits- A fully remote international team to collaborate with- Opportunities to learn and grow in a dynamic environment, exploring your potential and your ideas to the fullest- Ability to work together with a team ready to play, willing to share knowledge, experiences, and challenges- Flexibility and autonomy to define with your team the best way to approach problemsUride offers accommodation for applicants through all aspects of the recruitment process with disabilities as part of its recruitment process.
