With offices in Monterrey, Aguascalientes, we’re growing fast — and we want you to grow with usWe are seeking for a **Medical Collections Specialist** to join our call center team.In this role, you'll work with healthcare-related accounts to recover past-due balances, ensuring respectful communication and compliance with industry regulations.If you're passionate about helping people, have experience with collections or medical billing, and thrive in a performance-based environment, Centris is the place for youMain Activities- Contact patients or clients with overdue medical accounts.- Negotiate payment plans and settlements.- Handle sensitive conversations with professionalism and empathy.- Maintain accurate and detailed records of collection activities.**What We’re Looking For**- Experience in collections.- Strong negotiation, communication, and conflict resolution skills.- Comfortable working in a fast-paced call center environment.**Experience with**:- CRM & collection software (A plus)- Microsoft Excel, Outlook- Skip tracing toolsSchedule:Monday - Friday (Weekends off)40 hrs per weekMorning shiftWe offer:- 35% bonus- An extra 15% bonus based on metrics- weekly payment- law benefits- and morePay: $13,500.00 - $18,200.00 per monthWork Location: In personApplication Deadline: 19/08/2025Expected Start Date: 25/08/2025
