In this role, you will support transactional procurement activities for the US segments, ensuring compliance with procurement policies and contributing to process improvements.As a **Procurement Execution Analyst Jr,**you will be responsible for executing transactional procurement responsibilities in support of US segments. You will also monitor, report, and ensure compliance with procurement policies, and manage master data updates in accordance with established KPIs and SLAs.This role reports to the Procurement Operations Lead and collaborates closely with Buyers supporting US and Mexico plants.**What will you do**:- Process Purchase Orders for non-MRP generated and services Purchase Requisitions.- Work to meet established KPI targets.- Communicate with suppliers regarding designated Purchase Orders to ensure timely deliveries, when needed.- Maintain supplier contact information in systems and coordinate with Vendor Management to update vendor data.- Ensure adherence to key purchasing policies.- Collaborate with Procurement Operations to resolve issues related to Purchase Requisitions, Purchase Orders, Vendor Communications, and Invoices.- Work with Accounts Payable to resolve invoice discrepancies.- Share best practices and resources with other buyers to identify process improvement opportunities.**What you will bring**:- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.- 1-2 years of procurement experience in a manufacturing environment (preferred).- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.- Experience with SAP and SAP Ariba is a plus.**Who you are**:- Fluent in English and Spanish (written and spoken).- Detail-oriented and organized.- Strong communicator and team collaborator.- Proactive problem-solver.- Adaptable and eager to learn**Why Join Ingredion?**Discover why Ingredion is the ideal place to advance your career with our exceptional rewards and benefits package designed to help you thrive.
